Tuna Nicoise  

Albacore Tuna with Black Olives, Capers, Tomatoes, Green Beans, 
Chopped Hard Boiled Eggs and Onions

All Salad Buffets are made fresh daily and are beautifully displayed with linens and colorful edible decorations.  These buffets are served with rolls, butter, cookie basket, assorted soda, sparkling and spring water.
