Breast, Grilled Tofu, Chopped Onions, Cottage Cheese with Blue Cheese
and Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

All Salad Buffets are made fresh daily and are beautifully displayed with linens and colorful edible decorations. These buffets are served with rolls, butter, cookie basket, assorted soda, sparkling and spring water.
